Baroness Rose Harkonnen
Rose's assuming control of House Harkonnen was neither planned nor desired by her father, but when Baron Josef Harkonnen and his wife were killed in a freak accident his young daughter was named Regent until her brother Sebastain comes of age. Rose is considered strikingly atypical among her family and is known for her refinement and grace. She is also more fair-minded than most Harkonnens but nonetheless retains the family's characteristic ruthless streak.
Vladimir Utoshski (deceased)
A ruthless mercenary, smuggler and gangster who lent his support to Mobius Turgenova's ambitious scheme to capture and kill Reverend Mother Josephine Vortigern. Once the Reverend Mother was captured however Vladimir attempted to take control of the operation and ransom her off instead of killing her. This frustrated the plans of Turgenova and his mysterious backer, but bought enough time for a daring rescue attempt to take place. Vladimir was killed during this rescue operation.
Mustafa Dar Al Hayat
A narcotics dealer who worked "front of house" in Vladimir Utoshski's illegal supply operation. While genial and flirtatious Mustafa was a wily negotiator and more dangerous in a fight than he might have appeared on first impressions. His whereabouts following the Bene Gesserit assault on Vladimir's compound are unknown, but he is likely either dead or captured.

Kindly spaceport workers who took in an exhausted Lilith Piacevole when she was found naked and close to death from exposure following one of Miral Alechem's punishments.
